We continue to monitor the progress of Hurricane Hanna and want to facilitate your safety in any way possible. In addition to precautions that you should be aware of in the event of an evacuation, below is important information regarding access to your Georgia’s Own account(s).

Access to Your Georgia’s Own Account(s)
In the event of an evacuation, remember that you can access your credit union accounts at any CU Service Center location. Simply look for the CU Service Center logo at one of more than 3,400 locations throughout the US.

If you have access to a computer or telephone, you can obtain your credit union account information via Home Banking, as well as through our automated phone system at 1-800-533-3817. You can also call Members Services Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at 1-800-533-2062.
Documentation Checklist
You’ll also want to be sure that you have the following information on hand:
- Your Georgia’s Own Credit Union Account Number
- Print out of CU Service Center locations
- Driver's license or personal identification
- Social Security card
- Proof of residence (deed or lease)
- Insurance policies
- Birth and marriage certificates
- Stocks, bonds, and other negotiable certificates
- Wills, deeds, and copies of recent tax returns
